Based in Northamptonshire, we are centrally located within the Midlands to easily reach clients across the country. We offer our clients the option of hourly rates, set call-out charges or we quote per assignment. It really is the choice of each company – whatever works best for them. Shut down maintenance is available and can be quoted on and scheduled in advance with advice on parts required prior to the start. Our monthly service plan packages have proved to be a huge success, allowing especially bigger companies the freedom to address smaller issues on a monthly basis before they roll on to bigger problems. These would be scheduled in advanced and any concerns addressed on the day for a set service fee.
New machine installation and set up can be a challenge at times and when difficult problems arise we can independently contract or work with your technician to either trouble shoot concerns or help fine tune your new or second hand machine. Decommission, level, platen alignment, configuration, refurbishment is all included in our portfolio.
Processing errors are part of the job and inevitable to avoid at best of times. Over the years we have seen it all – some avoidable, some unexplainable and others left to human error. We are 99% sure we can resolve your issues; from inconsistent cushioning and cycle time optimisation to robot set ups and part defects like sink marks and weld lines.
Pneumatic breakdowns on robots and mould valve gates can be unsystematic issues that pop up unexpectedly but we can offer support no matter what hour of the day or evening.
Hydraulic failures can cause much drama in any production line but with good maintenance and regular services throughout the year these breakdowns could easily be managed and prevented. Including leaking check valves, pump pressure faults, bypassing seals, inconsistent pressure and much more.
Electrical complications and rewiring can all be done no matter how painful and time consuming it may be. If hourly rates are a concern to you we can offer daily rates too to fix issues such as analogue faults, pressure transducer issues and safety concerns.
